Change email or phone
If James opens a new email account or gets a new phone number, he can change his contact information at his financial institution without needing to contact them.
- On the Home page, select Profile & settings from the drop-down arrow next to your username.
- Enter the one time passcode that was emailed to you and select Submit.
- Select on the Email or Phone tile.
Depending on your financial institution, you may also be able to view the Address card with your physical personal address and the associated accounts; however, you cannot update it.
- In Phone, you can add, change, or delete your phone number.
You can currently only add a phone number if you have 0 or 1 phone number. Multiple phone numbers will be available in a future release.
- In Email, you can change your personal or business email address.
If you're a combined user, you can also change which email is considered primary, Personal or Business, in Primary contact.
