What is Abiliti Mobile?
Abiliti Mobile is the app for Abiliti. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play onto your certified mobile device.
Technical
What devices are certified?
For clients offering Abiliti Mobile, see the Mobiliti and Abiliti Certified Device list attached to Knowledge article KB0130073 (Client360).
Can I multi-task while I have the app open?
Yes. The app will remain active for 5 minutes unless the user is enrolling in Abiliti, then it will be active for 13 minutes.
Can I use my fingerprint or face to help me log into the app?
Yes. If your financial institution offers this option, the app allows biometrics such as Touch ID and Face ID. If you do not have any fingerprints stored on the device or have not registered a face image, the app instructs you to save at least one fingerprint or face image on the device before turning on Touch ID or Face ID.
Branding
My financial institution offers TouchBanking. Can we have our own branded app in the Apple and Google stores?
Yes. Your financial institution can customize your user's experience with logos and colors. Please contact your Client Partner to discuss pricing.
Is there a way for my financial institution to display a message on the app?
Yes. Your financial institution can use message banners or downtime messages to display on the app.
Accounts
How many accounts can appear on the Accounts landing page?
Up to five accounts appear on the Accounts landing page, if the app does not display quick links.
Image and document retrieval
What images are available in Abiliti Mobile?
Currently check and deposit images are available. Images that appear on Abiliti Web will also appear in Abiliti Mobile.
Transactions
How long are transactions available to view in the app?
Up to two months of transaction history displays in the app.
Deployment
Does Fiserv need to implement Abiliti Mobile for my financial institution?
Yes. When you implement Abiliti Web, if you also want to offer Abiliti Mobile to customers, we will assign an Abiliti Mobile analyst to assist you with your implementation.
How do I deploy Abiliti Mobile to my customers?
Once all testing is complete, your Abiliti Web and Abiliti Mobile analysts will work with you to select a live date. On your live date, your webhost provider will update your website with the new Abiliti custom URL. For financial institutions using Fiserv webhosting services, Fiserv will coordinate the changes. The Abiliti functions will be enabled within your app and after that, your customers can access Abiliti Mobile.
