Shared Log (XAL) Reporting

Shared Audit and Log is a feature that you can access from the Reports menu in Access Manager. Permissions are set in the Security Control Module (SCM).

Use the Shared Log (XAL) reports for auditing, troubleshooting customer issues, reviewing customer activity, and potentially identifying fraud. The reports include all pertinent user activity information in the time zone that you select:

• EST - Eastern Standard Time
• CST - Central Standard Time
• MST - Mountain Standard Time
• PST - Pacific Standard Time
• AKST - Alaskan Standard Time
• HST - Hawaiian Standard Time

Specific user activity information includes:

• Log in and log out times
• Hard token and soft token serial numbers
• Unsuccessful log in attempts and lockouts
• Linked profiles and new users
• Forgotten and changed password transactions
• Terms and conditions acceptance
