All Popmoney requests for payment that you receive appear in your To Do list and your Popmoney To Do list. You can either pay the request or reject it.
- Sign in to the app.
- Tap Transfer & Pay.
- Tap To do. Or, tap Popmoney and then tap To Do.
- Tap the Popmoney request that you want to pay.
- Tap From and select the account from which you want your payment debited.
- Tap Pay. The Confirm message box appears.
- Tap Confirm.
- Complete identification verification prompts, if the system presents them. The Success screen appears.
- Tap Done.
To reject a Popmoney request
- Sign in to the app.
- Tap Transfer & Pay.
- Tap To do. Or, tap Popmoney and then tap To Do.
- Tap the Popmoney request that you want to reject.
- Tap Reject Request. The Confirm message box appears.
- Tap Confirm. The Success screen appears and the system sends the requester a notification of your rejection.
- Tap Done.
