Use the following procedure to request money from a person through Zelle.
- Sign in to the app.
- Tap the Send money with Zelle Quick Link. Or, tap Transfer & Pay and then tap Send money with Zelle.
- Tap Request.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter details of your request.
- Tap Confirm. When the person sends you the requested money, the system deposits it directly into your account.
