Profile options

Profile administrators use these options to maintain Abiliti Profiles.

All financial institutions can edit and publish the Terms and Conditions effective date and Footer Content. If your financial institution is an In-house client or you log in with Datacenter (DC) credentials, you can edit more specifications.

Terms and Conditions

Profile administrators use the Effective date to specify the date for your customers to begin viewing the Terms and Conditions.

E-Sign

In-house financial institutions or users that log in with Datacenter credentials (DC), can use E-Sign specifications to enable customers to consent to electronic communication by accepting the E-Sign Agreement in Abiliti.

HTML URL

URL for your electronic consent document in HTML format.

PDF URL

URL for your electronic consent document in PDF format.

 

The E-Sign Agreement must be in both HTML and PDF format. If the profile administrator enters one URL, then the other URL must also be entered.

Contact Information

In-house financial institutions or users that log in with Datacenter credentials (DC), can use Contact Information to allow users to view physical addresses in Abiliti > Profile & settings.

If checked, users can view the Address card in Profile & settings even if a physical address has not been added.

Electronic Statements

In-house financial institutions or users that log in with Datacenter credentials (DC), can use Electronic Statements specifications to enable the enrollment of electronic statements for different account types.

If you enable electronic statements, you must define a delivery method with a group number and description, and at least one account type.

Account types

Enrollment is available for checking, savings, certificate, and loan account types.

Group Number

Number used by your financial institution to identify a group of statements.

Description

Description that appears for your delivery options on the Settings page.

Credit Cards

In-house financial institutions or users that log in with Datacenter credentials (DC), can use Credit Cards to enable Optis cards in Abiliti.

Credit Card Source

Indicates if Optis is enabled.

Optis OCS Shell user

Uniquely identifies a financial institution user in the Optis system.

Optis payment cut off time

This time, displayed as local time, is the time that a payment must be completed by to be effective on the current day. This payments feature is for a future release.

Analytics

In-house financial institutions or users that log in with Datacenter credentials (DC), can use Analytics to enable it in Abiliti.

If a URL is in this field, then Analytics is enabled. If this field is blank, then Analytics is disabled.

Footer Content

Profile administrators use Footer Content specifications to configure the elements displayed in the footer of Abiliti.

Link Text 1 and 2

The text for the custom URLs that the system displays in the footer.

Link URL 1 and 2

The link that the system associates with each custom URL.

Show Insurance

Options to select either FDIC, NCUA, or None to appear with this profile. (future release)

Show EHL

Yes or No options to display the Equal Housing Lender text and logo with this profile. (future release)

Stop Payment

Profile administrators use Stop payment to add an informational message for users to view when confirming stop payment requests in Abiliti and to indicate which fields that are required when your customers request a stop payment on a check.

LinkLive

In-house financial institutions or users that log in with Datacenter credentials (DC), can use LinkLive specifications to enable LinkLive and Secure Chat.

Navigation

Profile administrators use Navigation Links to maintain the links in the header of Abiliti desktop and the phone number to allow customers using a mobile device to immediately call you with a tap. Additionally, this section offers the capability to link your logo to a URL.

Show Contact Information

Used to maintain the links for the icons on your customers' Abiliti desktop home page and the phone number for mobile users. If this equals Yes, then information must be entered into at least one field in this section.

Contact URL

URL to your contact information that you want linked to the phone icon on the Abiliti Home page.

Contact Phone

Phone number that allows customers using Abiliti on a mobile device to immediately call you with a tap.

Locations URL

URL to your location information that you want linked to the location icon on the Abiliti Home page.

Logo Navigation

URL to your financial institution's website or any URL that you want linked to your logo. If this is not set, then your logo links to the Abiliti Home page.

Emails

Profile administrators can use Email Communications specifications to customize the emails that are sent to customers.

Sender information

Name of the department at your financial institution that's sending the emails to customers and the department's email address.

Email content

Header information included in all emails to customers.

Footer information included in all emails to customers.

Account lockout email
Account recovery email
Change primary email
One-time passcode email
Change password email
Verification email

The body of the email message that's sent to customers.

You can use the default email message that's provided or you can customize your email messages.
