You can remove a bookmarked customer or account two ways.
Select 
in the Customer Name or Account Number line from the Bookmarked box on the Home page.
View Bookmarked tile on the Home page
or select 
from the Customer Dashboard or Account Dashboard.
You can have an unlimited number of bookmarks for customers and accounts.
