You can remove a bookmarked customer or account two ways.
Select 
that appears when you hover over the Customer Name or Account Number line on the Bookmarked tile on the Home page.
View Bookmarked tile on the Home page
or select 
from the Customer Dashboard or Account Dashboard.
Note: You can have an unlimited number of bookmarks for customers and accounts.
