We are using the Aha! > Idea Portal to allow the Fiserv Premier community to develop, share, and submit ideas for enhancements for the new User Interface (UI) in a more interactive and transparent way. To begin using the Idea Portal, complete the following three-step process:
1. Client Partner
Contact your client partner to set up Aha! credentials.
2. Complete Registration and access the Idea Portal
- From the email welcoming you to the Idea Portal, select
to open the Create New Password for Fiserv Bank Solutions Idea Portal page.

- Enter password and re-enter the same password in Confirm password.
- Select Change Password to complete your registration and access the Idea Portal.
3. Log in to the Aha! Idea Portal
Use the following URL to log in to the Idea Portal with your Email address and Password.
