Manage Access

There are several options you have for managing access to Client360.

Manage passwords

To see your password options, select More from the contact actions.

From here, you can send the contact instructions to reset their password (for example, when they have forgotten it) or require that they change their password (for example, when there is a security update).

Suspend user

You can prevent a contact from logging in by suspending their account.

  1. Select More under the contact actions.

  2. Select Suspend Login.

When you suspend the account, the Suspend Login button changes to Enable Login. Select Enable Login when the contact's account needs to be reinstated.

Limit contact update permissions

You can restrict the ability to edit contact information to only Client360 administrators within your organization.

At the top of the Admin portal, select the option for Fiserv Administrators cannot update client contact information.

If you select this option, Fiserv Administration cannot assist with client contact maintenance. If you require assistance from Fiserv, you will be asked to clear this option.
