How do I reset my password?

Log out of Client360, then select Forgot Password at the bottom of the log in window. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

My password expired. How do I set a new one?

Select Forgot Password at the bottom of the log in window. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

Are there any specific technical requirements for accessing Client360?

We have some minimum browser requirements and ask that you whitelist some new URLs so that you can most easily access the portal. Please refer to the technical specifications for more details, and engage your organization’s technical teams as needed.
