Transaction Research/Request Credit Refusal Needs Added Request for Back Office Zelle team
Transaction Research/Request Fraud - Suspension Removal Client inquiry asking for an end user profile suspension (usually linked to fraud or scam) be removed. Fiserv usually researches why a suspension occurred and we typically do not remove because of fraud / scam exposure.
Transaction Research/Request Suspended Profile Client inquiry asking for more detail on why an end user's profile was suspended. Clients should be able to research this in Compass, but they may need assistance.
