The following table lists definitions for all token-related inquiry types.

Inquiry Category	Inquiry Name	Description
Transaction Research/Request	Restricted Token (Research/Restrict Request)	Restrict a token the client suspects to be involved in fraudulent or Scam activity or inquire as to why a token was restricted.
Transaction Research/Request	Restricted Token (Un-Restrict Request)	Un-restrict a token that was restricted due to suspected fraudulent or Scam activity.
Transaction Research/Request	Token Moved in Error	The end user transferred a token incorrectly and needs assistance fixing it.
User Access	Status of Token Order
User Access	Token Reassignment
User Access	Token Replacement
User Access	Token Reset
