Manage teams and assignment groups

From the ribbon, select CRM Configuration > Client360 B2B.

From the Settings tab, select Teams.

Use the Teams List search bar to find the team, and then select Edit.
Common tasks
Add or remove users from a team
Add or remove users from a team

Select User Assignments.

Use the User List search bar to find the users you want to add.

Select Assign or Unassign.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each user you want to add to the team.

Select Save.
Deactivate a team
Before you deactivate a team, verify that:

No inquiries are assigned to the team.
-
No routing rules are related to the team.
-
Select General Info.
-
Set the Status to Inactive.
