Manage teams and assignment groups

If the assignment group exists in ServiceNow, best practice is to manage the team there. Updates made in ServiceNow sync to InquiryPoint.

 

  1. From the ribbon, select CRM ConfigurationClient360 B2B.

  2. From the Settings tab, select Teams.

  3. Use the Teams List search bar to find the team, and then select Edit.

Add or remove users from a team

  1. Select User Assignments.

  2. Use the User List search bar to find the users you want to add.

  3. Select Assign or Unassign.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each user you want to add to the team.

  5. Select Save.

Deactivate a team

Before you deactivate a team, verify that:

  • No inquiries are assigned to the team.

  • No routing rules are related to the team.

  1. Select General Info.

  2. Set the Status to Inactive.
