Manage a user's settings
From the User Management module, in the Users tab, search for the user in the User List search bar. When you find the user, select Edit.
Update a user's status
If a user cannot log in using the correct password, their account may be inactive.
Do not update any settings outside of the user's status at this time. If you need custom changes, please contact the Client360 product team.
Under the Settings tab, set the Status to Active.
