Inquiry assignment capability

We are taking the next steps toward a new workflow for Inquiry assignment. To ensure a successful rollout of this highly-anticipated feature, we are testing the workflow with select pilot groups. Each group will be alerted when they gain access to the new Inquiry assignment feature.
