Add users to the watchlist
The Inquiry watchlist is a list of users who receive notifications when work notes or client communications are added to an Inquiry. You can add internal users to either watchlist or both, depending on your needs.
Quickly add yourself to the watchlist

With an Inquiry open, select Quick Actions.

Select Watch Client Communications to receive notifications when client-visible comments are added to an inquiry or Watch Work Notes to receive notifications when work notes are added to an Inquiry.
Add someone else to the watchlist

With an Inquiry open, select
(Watchlist) from the Inquiry details pane.

Add watchers to the Work Notes list or the Client Communications list.

Select Edit or Add.

Select the user or users you would like to add to the watchlist.

Under Watchlist Updates, indicate if you would like the user to be added to the Inquiry watchlist, the task watchlist, or both.

Select Submit.
Add watchers to the Client Communications list

Select Edit or Add.

Select Client Contact or Fiserv.
If the new watcher is not a Client360 or InquiryPoint user, you can add them as an external communication member. The system will prompt you to enter the watcher's email address so they can receive notifications about the Inquiry.

Select the user.

Select Submit.
