Log In to Client360 For the First Time

  1. Navigate to Client360.

    If you did not receive an invitation email from your client contact administrator, contact your IT department and verify that they have whitelisted client360@fiserv.com.

  2. Based on the information you receive in your email, perform one of the following procedures.

  3. Log In.
  4. Select your preferred multifactor authentication method.

    You can update your multifactor authentication information when you Update Your Profile.

If you forget your password, do not keep trying to guess. After five failed attempts, Client360 locks you out of your account for 15 minutes. Instead, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.

Passwords expire after 60 days. When this happens, select Forgot Password to set a new one.

By default, you will not receive client communications or have the ability to create Inquiries for any product. You must update your product preferences to indicate those products for which you would like to receive updates and create Inquiries.
