The following frequently asked questions relate to getting started with Client360 as a general user.

Is it recommended for all of our staff to have access to Client360, or just management?

We recommend anyone who interacts with Fiserv for client support related items to have access. Client360 is Fiserv's database to confrim the person we are speaking to is a valid contact at your financial instution. As a Client360 contact, if they have a support related question, they can connect via the Portal or phone to speak to a representative, Inquiry updates will send via email and be available in the portal.

Will each user need to identify all the applications we have in order to get relevant notifications?

Yes, you should review and confirm the settings when you log in for the first time.
