• After you receive your Welcome letter:
• Make note of your case number
• Determine who your resource person will be for the test process
• Determine which Retail Online, Business Online, and MFA credentials you can provide to your Fiserv implementation analyst for testing
• Begin reviewing your financial institution's Terms and Conditions and E-Sign agreement
• Required actions:
• Provide resource person to Fiserv and ensure the documents in the case have been reviewed
• Attach the Terms & Conditions disclosure, E-Sign Agreement (if applicable), and the test Retail Online, Business Online, and MFA credentials to your case

We will call you to confirm that you received the welcome letter and answer any questions.

• Receive your Custom URL letter with the URL, documents to review, and instructions to start testing.
• Use your Custom URL to begin testing.

You will be contacted in a week.

• Discuss User Acceptance Testing with Implementation Analysts during meetings or phone calls, as needed.
• Return signed Readiness Agreement to your Implementation Analysts. This must be received prior to your Go Live date.

• Review test results with Implementation Analysts before your Go Live date.
• Return the Readiness Agreement to your Implementation Analyst.
• Within two weeks of your Go Live date, the Implementation Analysts will confirm the final deployment plan to publish your new URL on your website, and if applicable, release Aibiliti Mobile.

• You publish your Abiliti Custom URL on your website.
• If applicable, Fiserv publishes Abiliti Mobile to the Apple and Google stores.

• Collaborate with your Implementation Analyst to resolve any issues or questions (approximately 2 weeks).
• At the end of the Post Implementation phase, transition to the Fiserv Client Services team for ongoing issues or questions.
