You can cancel any Popmoney request that you send if the status is Unpaid. If you sent the request to multiple people, you can cancel it if at least one of the contacts has not paid. The system sends the cancellation notification only to those people who have not paid.
- Sign in to the app.
- Tap Transfer & Pay.
- Tap Popmoney.
- Tap Payment Activity.
- Tap Sent Request.
- Tap the request that you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Request. The Cancel Request message box appears.
- Tap Yes.
