Run a Report

  1. From the Quick Access menu, select (Reports).

  2. Under Inquiry Report - Select Filters, enter information to narrow your results.

    The following example would pull a report of all inquiries related to Account Numbers for Cleartouch, in the In Progress state with Critical urgency. These are inquiries created between 12/13/2023 and 03/13/2024.

    The only required field is Date Range. If you do not select any filters, the report will pull inquiries for all the products that you have access to with no additional filters.

    The date range is capped at 90 days in the past.

  3. Select the method by which you would like to receive the report (XLS or CSV).

  4. Select Download.
