Run a Report

From the Quick Access menu, select (Reports).

Under Inquiry Report - Select Filters, enter information to narrow your results.
The following example would pull a report of all inquiries related to Account Numbers for Cleartouch, in the In Progress state with Critical urgency. These are inquiries created between 12/13/2023 and 03/13/2024.
The only required field is Date Range. If you do not select any filters, the report will pull inquiries for all the products that you have access to with no additional filters.
The date range is capped at 90 days in the past.

Select the method by which you would like to receive the report (XLS or CSV).

Select Download.
Admin users have more report options. For information on running these reports, view the Run an admin report Admin page.
- Client Name
- The client or clients you would like to pull information on. The list only shows clients you can access. This field is optional. If you leave the field blank, the report pulls information for all clients you can access.
- Product
- The product or products you would like to pull information on. The list only shows products you can access. This field is optional. If you leave the field blank, the report pulls information for all products you have access to.
- Inquiry State

Statuses of the inquiries you would like to pull information on. This field is optional. If you leave the field blank, the report pulls information for all inquiries regardless of status.
For example, if you want to pull information on how many active cases you have with Fiserv, select Inquiry State New, In Progress, and Pending. - Inquiry Urgency
- Urgency level of the inquiries you would like to pull information on. This field is optional. If you leave the field blank, the report pulls information for all inquiries regardless of urgency.
- Contact Name
- The client contact assigned to the inquiry. This field is optional. If you leave the field blank, the report pulls information for all inquiries regardless of the contact person.
- Assigned To
- The Fiserv associate assigned to the inquiry. This field is optional. If you leave the field blank, the report pulls information for all inquiries regardless of the associate assigned to the inquiry.
- Date Range
- The dates for which you want to receive information. This field is required.
- Validation Date
- The date the implementation was validated. Do not use this field unless you need it specifically.
Only the products that you can access appear in this list, even if the client has additional products.
If you do not see a product that you need to run a report on, update your product preferences.
