Is Client360 available to all Fiserv clients?

Will my organization use Client360?

Yes, contacts have access to their organization's Inquiries.

Will Client360 replace Xchange?

No, Client360 will not replace Xchange. Client360 will be your primary online support tool, and you will continue to use Xchange to access training.

Will Client360 monitor Inquiries and provide answers if someone has a similar question?

Mave, the Virtual Assistant, is a search engine powered by artificial intelligence (AI). When you ask Mave a question, she gives you hyperlinks, Knowledge articles, videos, and content that may answer your question. As she notices trends and is trained, she will use that information to answer other clients questions.

You can help speed up Mave's training process by providing feedback. Use the Thumbs up. and Thumbs down. buttons to help improve her results.

Is the Virtual Assistant a live person? Is it quick to respond or will there be a wait?

Mave, the Virtual Assistant, is a search engine powered by artificial intelligence (AI). When you ask Mave a question, she will give you a few hyperlinks for videos and Knowledge articles that may answer your question.

Is there a live chat feature in Client360?

There is not a live-chat feature in Client360.

Can I still chat with my Client Support Rep?

While we recommend using the self-service options available in Client360 or asking Mave for help, you can always call the support line to speak to a Client Support Rep.

System questions

Does the system time out after a certain amount of time?

Client360 times out after 20 minutes of inactivity. You will receive a warning after 15 minutes, and if you do not select Continue, the system will log you out at 20 minutes of inactivity.

Is there a fee or charge to use Client360?

No, there is no fee or charge to use Client360.

What are the recommended browsers for Client360?

Recommended browsers include Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Tablet mobile browsers native to Android and iOS.

Do all users need to use Multi-Factor Authentication?

Yes, all users need to use the Multi-Factor Authentication when they log into Client360.

Is text message the only option for MFA?

Users may chose to receive an email, phone call, or SMS text message for multi-factor authentication. You can manage your options under your Profile under the General Information tab.

Yes, the link to Client360 is available in Client Central.

Can we submit Enhancement Requests through Client360?

Yes, when you create an inquiry, you can choose Enhancement as an Inquiry Type.

Can I access Client360 from a smart phone?

Yes, you can access Client360 from any browser, including mobile browsers.

Do we have access to invoices in Client360?

Yes, you can access invoices in Client360.

How do I reset my password?

When you first sign in to Client360, you will be prompted to enter a new password. After that first session, you can reset your password by using the Forgot Password link on the login page of Client360 to change your password.

What information about an Inquiry is visible from the dashboard, prior to viewing the Inquiry Detail pane?

From the Client360 dashboard, you can see the summary card for the most recent Inquiries. This summary includes the Inquiry Number, date created, Fiserv associate assigned, and other key information.

Do I use Client360 for technical issues, like if a file didn't get transmitted in daily process?

Yes, use Client360 for service-related items such as a file transmission issue.
