Access Self-Service Resources

In Client360, you have hundreds of Knowledge articles, videos, and technical documentation at your fingertips. All you need to do is ask Mave, and she will pull up a list sorted by relevancy to your question.

  1. Enter your search criteria in the Client360 search bar.

    We recommend phrasing your search as Product - issue / question.

  2. Select Image of the Search icon. (Search). A new browser window opens.

  3. View the list of related articles and videos. Use the Products filter on the left side of the window to filter your results.

    Mave sorts search results by relevance. She needs your help to improve the search results and relevancy scores. Please use the Thumbs up and Thumbs down buttons to provide her with data about your results.
  4. Use the content and product filters at the top and left side of the page to narrow your search results.

  5. Select the article, video, or technical document to view the entire piece of content.

  6. Let us know if the article or video was helpful by selecting Yes or No at the bottom of the article.

Risk and compliance users can quickly find Standard Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaires in the SIG content type tab.
