The plan

Outsourced Clients
All outsourced clients need to go through network connectivity steps to be able to access the new Premier UI environment. Work is underway to ensure connectivity is available within Fiserv, and then clients need to make changes in their network. As clients are eligible to get connected, we send you a Publication to notify you that you can connect and we provide you with the Connectivity Playbook. The Connectivity Playbook outlines changes that you need to make within your network.
In-house Clients
We have announced, and made available, the new Premier UI MSI/IIS installation packages, and instructions. See KB0189822 (Client360) for Installation Instructions. Our plan is to send out monthly new Premier UI MSI/IIS installation packages.
The new Premier UI uses parameters and legacy APIs from the Navigator infrastructure and requires Transport Layer Security (TLS).

The Navigator portal and the new Premier UI portal will coexist for the foreseeable future. Once all Navigator capabilities are available within the Premier UI, we will communicate the sunset plan for the Navigator portal.
You can access both the new Premier UI and Navigator on a workstation at the same time using different URLs.
Technology and deployment models

The new Premier UI is browser agnostic, supporting Chrome, Edge (chromium version), and Firefox. The new Premier UI is not supported in Internet Explorer.

- Containers - Deploying and installing containers into cloud technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Container deployment is a newer technology and will likely require some financial investment to build the infrastructure along with some education to support this new deployment model.
- Traditional MSI packages - Installing MSI packages on Windows servers, using IIS, just like Navigator does today.

If installing on a Windows server using the MSI packages, the new Premier UI requires the following:
- Windows Server 2016 or higher
- .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher
- ASP.NET Core Runtime 8.0.11 or higher (download the Windows > Hosting Bundle)
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) for the new Premier UI
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) for legacy Navigator
- Premier Release 2024.4 or higher
Workstation requirements:
- Google Chrome version 126 or higher
- Microsoft Edge (chromium version) version 126 or higher

For outsourced clients, there is no cost associated with upgrades to any hardware.
For in-house clients, this depends on if you are looking to upgrade any server OS and hardware where you are currently running Premier software. Also, if you have not implemented TLS/SSL, obtaining certificates from a trusted certificate authority has some costs to it as well. For some in-house clients, who are interested in deploying the new Premier UI within their own cloud environment, this cloud environment would also have costs associated with it. All costs are subject to vendors chosen, and hardware/software used.

Getting started

The new Premier UI establishes a new entry point into Premier, and will sit side-by-side with the legacy Navigator. The new Premier UI calls and displays legacy UIs where the new UI has not yet replaced the legacy experience. You will still be able to use Navigator.
- Outsourced clients only. When your financial institution is eligible to get connected, we send a Publication and provide you with the Connectivity Playbook that outlines changes that need to be made within your network.
- In-house clients only. Once you determine where you will install the new Premier UI programs, ensure that you have installed Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) on the servers, as well as on the legacy Navigator servers. The MSI/IIS installation packages were distributed with the Premier 2021.3 Premier Release. See KB0189822 (Client360) for Installation Instructions.

- Outsourced clients only. There is a specific URL for each client. We provide this URL/link to each client through the client portal page. The URL/link is different from the legacy Navigator URL/link that is being used today.
- In-house clients only. The URL is based on the application server to which the new Premier UI was installed. The URL/link is different from the legacy Navigator URL/link that is used today.

- Outsourced clients only. Yes. Some outsourced clients have a T0 or TS1 test institution, in which case you would have two links to get into the new Premier UI. One link would access your test institution, and the other link would access your live institution.
- In-house clients only. This is completely up to you. You can configure the new Premier UI to access either your live and/or your test institution.

Use the same security credentials that you would use for getting into legacy Navigator today; the same credentials you are using for your live institution.

Yes. However, this type of data gathering will need to be adjusted as pages change from the legacy UI into the new Premier UI look and feel.
Available applications, features, and feedback

We have created a new Premier UI portal that you use to access all Premier application content, similar to what Navigator does today. The new Premier UI pages and applications are:
- Premier UI portal
- Customer
- Checking
- Savings
- Certificates
- Loans
Where we have not updated applications, there are links into the legacy UI pages. See the Progress report for a list of features and updates in our Test and Production environments.

Currently, the goal is to get the new Premier UI in a position where it allows for end users to complete their daily tasks, without needing to bounce back and forth between the new Premier UI and Navigator. As we complete this goal, we continue to work on the new Premier UI, where we replace the legacy UI pages with a new UI look and feel experience.
We continue to make additional content available from the new Premier UI portal with the new Premier UI releases throughout 2025.
In this stage, where the new Premier UI and Navigator live side-by-side, it is an opportunity for you, and most likely some select users within your organization, to start getting comfortable with the new UI. The new UI will not replace Navigator immediately, and will have frequent updates as new feature-functionality is added over the coming months.

You can provide feedback in many ways. Contact Client Services or your service partner, or use the Aha! Idea Portal to develop, share, and submit your ideas for enhancements.
