We implemented the following Premier User Interface features and made updates to our Test and Production environments based on user feedback. Items per page on Customer Summary |
View specific Items per page from the application tiles on the Customer Summary page. Initially 10 accounts will appear; however if the user has more, they can select 25, 50, 100 or 250 accounts to display on a page. Note: This feature is available for all tabs on each tile. For example, Summary, Activity, Codes, and Year to Date on the Checking tile. |
Application Navigation update |
Access all applications using Application Navigation from the left side panel. Previously, some clients experienced a blank Application Navigation panel. |
Director update |
Successfully use the Open in Director link when viewing notices, checks, or signature cards. Previously, some clients received an error message when selecting the link. |
Checking update |
View all transactions for closed accounts. Previously, some clients were unable to view all transactions for recently closed checking accounts. |

Director integration is available for Outsourced clients who also have Outsourced Director. Transaction images and documents can be viewed from within the UI and "Open in Director" is functional with Director 18 and greater. For Outsourced clients connected to In-House Director, ensure Director 18 or greater is loaded, and Director Web UI and Web API are running in TLS/SSL mode using an SSL Certificate from a trusted 3rd party CA. For In-house financial institutions, SSL is required to view images. |
