Right-side panel

The right-side panel allows you to view Warnings & Notes, Reminders, Chat Log, History, and Documents while continuing to view the content on the main window. Additionally, when you open the left-side panel, then the right-side panel closes automatically for you.

The right-side panel includes:

  • Warnings icon with a badge to represent the number of warnings and notes. Warnings & Notes
    View system messages for customers and accounts as Warnings. Warnings remain the same as in Navigator.
    View client-defined messages for accounts as Notes. Notes were Miscellaneous Addenda in Navigator and divided into two categories.
  • Urgent Notes
  • General Notes

    • We will provide the functionality allowing you to establish and modify Warnings & Notes for customers and accounts in a future release.

    • Bell with a cicle for numbers to indicate reminders. Reminders
      View client-defined messages. Reminders were Tickler addendas in Navigator.

    We will provide the functionality allowing you to establish and modify Reminders, including date and frequency, in a future release.

    • Clock image to indicate maintenance activity in the past. History
      View the file maintenance made to a customer or account. Previously, History was Audit & Log.

    We will provide the functionality allowing you to view History in a future release.
