View Relationships

  1. From the Home page, enter the entire Account Number or the last four digits, select the Account Type from the category list, and press enter or select Magnifying glass to indicate Search..

If you don't have an account number, you can search for customer information first.

  1. If more than one account matches your search, select the Account Number link in the search results.
  2. From the Account Summary page, select Relationships from the dashboard to view the Name 1, Name 2, Relationships, Mailing Label, and other tiles with detailed account relationship information.

The Customer Relationships page appears below the Customer Dashboard and uses tiles to provides more information on the customer's relationship with:

  • Customer
  • Beneficial Ownership
  • Address
  • Additional
