Navigate Client360

Client360 offers a general search and inquiry view embedded in the main page, along with an information panel and an easy way to contact Mave, your virtual assistant. If you need to open an inquiry with client services, you can use the Inquiry dashboard to create new, view, or close inquiries in an intuitive dashboard view.

Field definitions

Home page
Return to the Client360 home page from anywhere.
Client
Your client name appears here. Multicontact clients can select the clients they want to see from this menu. See the Multiclient contact page regarding selecting clients to learn more.
Admin
Select to view Administration options. See the Administration pages to learn more.
Username
Update your user options. From here, you can view and update your profile or log out. See the Update your profile How to page to learn more.
Search for answers
Use the search bar to perform federated searches for Knowledge articles, videos, and documentation. See the Access Knowledge How to page to learn more.
Knowledge Base
Access the Knowledge Base landing page.

Use the Explore Client360 to navigate to the help pages that you are currently reading.
New Inquiry
Create a new inquiry for one of your clients.
Inquiry
Communication with Fiserv regarding an issue. Synonymous with Case or Ticket.
Inquiry Dashboard
Find inquiries using the various categories and filters.
My Inquiries
Inquiries that you personally created or for whom you are the contact person.
All Inquiries
All inquiries related to the clients you selectedyour client.
Quick filter
Save your filter choices and switch between them using Quick filters.
Pending Action
Inquiries that require some information from you. See the Update an inquiry How to page to learn more.
Pending Close
Inquiries that a Fiserv associate has resolved and require your approval. See the Close an inquiry How to page to learn more.
Open
Inquiries on which a Fiserv associate is currently working.
Updated
Inquiries that have been updated in the last 7 days.
Recently Closed
Inquiries that have been closed in the last 90 days.
Total
All inquiries for the clients you selectedyour client.
Search for an inquiry
Search the active tab of the inquiry dashboard.
Filter
Filter the active tab of the inquiry dashboard.
Export
Export all inquiries from the active tab of the inquiry dashboard. This feature does not account for any search or filter information.
Inquiry card

A quick snapshot of the inquiry information. The inquiry card includes the:

  • Inquiry number

  • Short description

  • Validation date

  • Status

  • Client

  • Product

  • Client defined field

  • Assigned to person

  • Created date

  • Updated date

  • Updated by person
