Can I bookmark the Abiliti URL?
Yes; however, only bookmark the short URL given to your bank. If you are using the new URL and then try to bookmark the log in page, it attaches a long stream of data to the URL. Using this long stream URL requires two log ins.

How do I unlock my user if I enter my password incorrectly too many times?
If the Abiliti password is entered more than 3 times incorrectly, it will lock the record. The user can call the bank to have their Abiliti record unlocked or wait 30 minutes for the record to unlock automatically. Once the record is unlocked, the user can click the Forgot Password link if they need to Reset their Password. If the user does not remember their password, they can utilize the forgot password link. After successfully changing their password the user will be unlocked and can log in with their new password.
A bank can lock an Abiliti user by utilizing Access Manager. Once the user appears in Access Manager the bank can select the Lock icon. The user would not be able to unlock until the permanent lock is removed by the bank.
How many times can a user get locked out?
There is no limit to the number of times a user can be locked out. We recommend if the user continues to have password issues, have the user reset the password with the reset password link.
